Dr. Henry brings a physician’s understanding of clinical judgment, patient care, documentation and the pressure placed on clinicians. His MPH in Healthcare Management adds the operational perspective: how staffing, workflow, technology, finance and leadership decisions affect an independent practice.
He is also an experienced application builder. During the past five years, he has developed and deployed more than 30 applications. Twenty of those applications have been in healthcare, and more than 15 have been built around or enabled by artificial intelligence.
That combination shaped MD Transform’s approach: understand the clinical and operational problem first, determine what the practice can realistically support, and then decide whether the right answer is an existing product, an integration, a custom application or a workflow change. AI safety, privacy and governance are part of every recommendation—not an afterthought.

Our process gives every practice useful recommendations it can act on, whether it implements them independently or works with MD Transform.
10-minute discovery call
We begin with a short call to understand the practice’s priorities and determine whether an onsite AI assessment is the right next step.
Three-to-four-hour onsite assessment
On site, we observe how work actually moves through the practice, speak with the people doing it and identify quick wins, recurring friction and larger opportunities.
Comprehensive report and roadmap
The practice receives prioritized findings, recommended tools, workflow changes and implementation options it can begin using. The report also addresses AI safety, privacy and governance for the recommended use cases.
Choose how to implement
The practice can tackle parts of the roadmap on its own. For larger integrations, workflow changes or custom applications, MD Transform can help implement the recommendations.
